How To Convert Documents to PDFs (Single, Multiple, and Combining)

  1. In Adobe Acrobat Select “file”:

 

  1. Select “create”:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Select “PDF from File” for a single pdf, “Combine Files into a Single PDF” for multiple documents/pictures/etc in one PDF, or “Create Multiple PDF Files” for multiple documents/pictures/etc to be created into individual PDFs:

 

4(A). If you selected “Combine Files into a Single PDF” in step 3 click “Add Files” before going on to 4(B):

 

 

 

4(B). Select the file(s) you want to turn into a PDF from the pop-up, then click “open”:

 

  1.  If you are only creating 1 PDF or multiple Single PDFs the new PDFs will be created and opened. These can be saved and named whatever you need to name it and stored in iManage. If you are combining multiple files into 1 PDF please go to step 6.

 

  1. The files you selected will be shown on a blank page. Rearrange them in whatever order you would like as this will be their order in the created PDF:

 

 

  1. When the order is set press “Combine”:

 

  1. The resulting PDF can be saved and named whatever you need to name it and stored in iManage.
