IT Tip: Outlook Address Book

We all know that our HR department diligently updates the internal LEB phone directory, but did you know that telephone numbers can also be found in Outlook – even if the individual is not in your personal “Contacts”?

The little known “Address Book” button in Outlook can be very useful. Click “Address Book” in the Outlook toolbar and search the “Global Address List” to find office, fax, and mobile telephone numbers for LEB employees.

Do you ever want to respond to an email by phone, rather than reply email? Double-click the person’s name in the “From” line to display their contact card and telephone numbers.
