How To find and remove Social Security numbers from a PDF file

1. Go to Tools and open the Redact tool
2. Click "Mark for Redaction" in the toolbar
3. Click "Find Text"
4. Click "Ok"
5. Change the "Search for" drop down to "Patterns"
6. Select "Social Security Numbers" and click "Search & Remove Text"
7. A window will appear allowing you to select which lines/words you want to redact
8. When you are finished, click "Mark Checked Results for Redaction"
9. Click "Apply"
10. Now you can choose to remove the hidden information or not
