If you receive this error:
this means there is an issue with the internet connection in your home/current location and cannot connect to the remote desktop. This can be verified by going to the website: https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ and sending the results to either John or Patrick. To fix this error you will need to either move to a place with a better internet connection, or reset the router at home by unplugging and plugging it back in. If the problem persists you may need to contact your internet service provider to check if there is an issue with your home.
