Many don’t like how iManage condenses filed emails with a common subject (aka “nested emails”) – as indicated by the double arrows:

This can be disabled in iManage Work:

1. Click your name in the top right corner of the iManage window, then click “User Settings”.

2. Uncheck this option, then close the window:

Click the column headings to sort by From:, To:, Received Date:, etc.
