To manually activate a new Copilot license:

1. Open any Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel)
2. Go to File > Office Account
3. If you do not see the Copilot icon under "This product contains", click Update License
4. Close all Office applications.
5. Sign out of Windows, then sign back in.
